People who are travelling to the United States for the first time like asking me, “Are you more East Coast or West Coast? Which part of the USA is more interesting, beautiful, and exciting”?
Well, this is really a hard question as I am totally in love with the whole United States. I cannot give the perfect answer for everyone.. You can get the “American feeling” all over the US, and it really doesn’t matter if you are on the East Coast or the West Coast. Both of them offer beautiful places, history, cultural experiences, interesting buildings, and beaches of all descriptions, depending on what you desire.
We are writing and giving more information about the states in our refreshed “Travel – Relax” column. The next topic will be California, so check the column and get interesting facts about that amazing state. When I visited California (Los Angeles), the very first time, I fell in love with that city and with the whole state immediately. I can say that is my favorite state in the US.
The “Beach Cities” in Los Angeles, the famous “Golden Gate Bridge” in San Francisco, the “Gaslamp Quarter” in San Diego, or the natural parks throughout the state, like Yosemite, Death Valley, Gold Country and Sacramento, the State Capitol of California, etc. are unique and beautiful and give you an unforgettable experience.
Gold Country runs along a scenic highway where the Gold Rush occurred in the 1800’s. It is beautiful country in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The Gold Rush gave California its nickname, the Golden State.
It doesn’t matter if you choose the East Coast or the West Coast, my suggestion is to take a minimum of 2 weeks for your travel to the United States. That is the shortest amount of time to see beautiful places and get the “American feeling”.
