Fat burners

The rule of the healthy diet is so simple: eat less and burn more calories. Even if it sounds easy, a lot of people cannot follow this rule. But if you have your own routine, a healthy nutrition plan, plenty of exercise, and enough endurance, you can reach your goals. Maybe you would like to choose a fat burner, as well. There are a lot of fat burner capsules, drinks, etc., on the market, but which ones are healthy? The choice is not easy.

Here is my advice for choosing a healthy fat burner.

There are two types of fat burners:

  • Thermogenic products:

  • can stimulate your body’s temperature and help to burn and use fat in your body

  • can stimulate your energy level

  • can stimulate your exercise and concentration

  • can help to lose weight even if you need to lose just 10-14 pounds

  • can help to create a healthier body composition

  • can be taken for 2-3 months, but don’t take them less than 5 hours before bedtime

Lipotropic and metabolic ingredients, without thermogenic action:

  • help to use the fat in your body

  • help to use the carbohydrates in your body

  • help to lose excess water in your body

  • help your digestive function and detoxification

  • help to lose more weight (more than 10-14 pounds) and reach your goals

  • can be taken for a longer time, and you need to take them before meals

Okay, you found the right one for yourself, but how can you use it?

Thermogenic products:

  • L-carnitine + Chromium (20-30 minutes before training)

  • Thermogenic products (morning and afternoon, 30 minutes before meals)

When you have high blood pressure:

  • L-carnitine + Chromium (20-30 minutes before training)

  • Lipotropic and metabolic products (1-2 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules before bedtime.

(When you have training, take the second dose 30 minutes beforehand.)

Read the package directions before you start to use them!

What are the main ingredients of fat burner products?

Mate tea: it can be an alternative source of caffeine and can increase your energy level. Mate is an excellent antioxidant and helps you rejuvenate after a hard training program. It contains 196 very important ingredients.

Synephrine: helps to reduce the fat in your body and increase your metabolism.

Cola nut: excellent alternative to caffeine. Gives you energy, reduces hunger and acts as a mild diuretic.

White willow bark: it reduces pain and helps the effects of caffeine.

CLA: a conjugated linoleic acid (Omega-6), it reduces cholesterol in your body and helps metabolism. Helps reduce fat and retain muscles.

HCA: Hydroxycitric acid, found in Garcinia Cambogia, it increases serotonin levels and helps burn fat. Helps to reduce carbohydrate levels.

Chitosan: supposed to limit fat absorption in the body, chitosan may be sold in tablet form as a “fat binder”.

Chromium: it works for a healthy sugar level in the body. Helps with energy and regeneration after training.

Inulin: it reduces hunger, helps to feel full.

Green coffee: it has a high oxygen level with low caffeine. Helps to burn fat and boost metabolism.

L-carnitine: it provides energy when exercising.

The main points:

  • Don’t believe in the advertisements! You have to be very careful with fat burning supplements. A healthy nutrition and exercise plan are very important, as well.

  • Don’t take thermogenic products before bedtime, as they interfere with your sleep, because of the high caffeine levels.

  • Always ask your dietitian or doctor before you start to use any products.

  • Drink plenty of water!

  • Don’t stop if you cannot lose enough weight. Your body needs time to adjust to the healthy diet!
